£50,000 - £55,000 – depending on experience and qualifications

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager who shares that belief. The facilities manager will take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all properties within our children’s residential care portfolio across England and Scotland. The role ensures that all homes are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose, supporting the well-being of our children and young people, and enabling staff to deliver high quality care. The role also has a responsibility for asset management.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in multi-site facilities management, ideally within care, education, health or housing.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Strong knowledge of UK facilities regulations
Experience in contractor management and procurement.
Ability to travel regularly across England and Scotland.
A full driving licence
