Our standard pay schemes are as follows:

Residential Child Care Worker - £22,059 - £24,599, 38.5 hour contract, depending on experience and qualifications, (Sleepover rate is not included - £45 per sleepover, on top of salary). 

Senior Residential Child Care Worker - £27,824 -  £31,162, 38.5 hour contract (salaries dependent on qualification).

Depute House Manager - £35,616, 38.5 hour contract

House Manager - (small 3 bed - £37,841) / (Large 5 bed - £43,407) 38.5 hour contract
