We’re offering a short-term secondment for an internal colleague to step into this temporary but impactful position, helping to coordinate and support the delivery of training across our homes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting staff development.

As someone who already knows our values, our people, and the way we work, you’ll be perfectly placed to ensure a seamless handover and maintain consistency throughout the maternity leave period. Your insight into Inspire’s culture and operations will help keep our training efforts running smoothly and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate internal and external training sessions (e.g. CALM, Solihull, SVQ, HNC, etc).

·       Liaise with managers and trainers to schedule and support staff attendance.

·       Track staff training completions using Inspire systems and trackers.

·       Support the training calendar, contracts, and mandatory training requirements.

·       Produce simple reports on training progress and staff engagement.

·       Act as a link between services to support compliance and quality.

·       Work alongside our central team at Red Tree Magenta, Glasgow.

Whether you’re looking to broaden your skills, explore a new area, or contribute in a new way, this is your chance to grow while supporting others to do the same.
